Karena keindahanya, kata Surya, banyak warga yang telah ikut kamping di bukit tersebut, seperti dilakukan oleh sejumlah pemuda yang mengatasnamakan "pelosok negeri" beberapa waktu lalu. "Mereka pelosok negeri melakukan kamping dalam rangka memperingati hari sumpah pemuda. Mereka ber-kamping selam dua hari disana," ungkap Surya.
